The Full Rajasthan – Baldoyle

Today in Dublin it was another lunch invite and a meal of epic proportions. I asked our host for the proper name of all the dishes as I mostly just call things curry 🙂

So special guest description tonight from Aditi…

“Sookkha gatta (meaning dry preparation of gatta which is the gram flour thing), chilka moong ki daal (was asking mum for authentic name and she said mixed daal 😅, and after few minutes of pondering she said may be you can call it this), mirchi ko theso (mirchi pickle), palak roti and rice – onion thingy was just salad

I have tried to give the names in marwari”

I really like authentic Rajasthan food 😬 very full tonight!
