From ice and snow to lush greens – Boyabreen, Oppland and Geiranger

Today in Norway we set off towards Geiranger in the morning.  The first stop was to have a closer look at the glacier we could see from our cabins. It turned out to be a fantastic spot with a lake reflecting the surroundings.

More driving through scenic locations brought us to snow capped mountains. We stopped for awhile too play in the snow and continued on our way wondering if we’d be spending  a night in the snow.

We soon started to see green in our surroundings and a few hairpin bends brought us to our stop for the night a cute little cabin in the middle of a field of buttercups. We headed off to stare at a waterfall that was in our back garden before settling in for the night.
