Today in Dublin I make curries to help my wife celebrate her birthday. You will see that there is clearly 6 curries but we are not counting the one that had a strong Indian influence as this was cooked under duress for one of our guests. There is a prize for the audience of one if she can successfully name who the person who ruined the Sri Lankan theme 🙂
We had dhal, pumpkin kale, pol sambol, panner, brinjal some rice and Popadoms.
