Chappati – Sembawang

Today in Singapore, it was chappati (not roti) for dinner. It was a little fusiony as with all our food. There was Sri Lankan brinjal curry and a pickle that we brought back from the recent trip along with a modified version of a potato and spinach curry my friend made when he was here, that he calls subzi. It was meant to contain peas but we didn’t have any; it still tasted great.
